Your Responsibilities: Coordinate daily reception operations. Manage meeting rooms, cubicles, and lockers. Supervise the custodial team (2 people) and messenger. Track delivery routes, deliveries, and messenger mileage. Administer stationery and cleaning supply requests and inventories. Ensure office order, cleanliness, and supply availability. Support internal event coordination. What We Look for in You Experience in reception, general services, or administrative coordination. Experience leading staff. Excellent personal presentation and service attitude. Strong organizational skills, follow-up ability, and sense of urgency. Empathy, effective communication, and teamwork.
