Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments via POS systems, operating restaurant management software (Soft Restaurant), and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Main Responsibilities: Direct table-side customer service Order taking and order ticket management Food and beverage service Table cleaning and setup Billing and payment collection POS system operation and cash drawer closing Cash handling Supporting general area activities Requirements (MANDATORY FILTER): Minimum 1 year of verifiable waiter/waitress or cashier experience in a restaurant Recent hands-on table service experience is essential Valid letters of recommendation or verifiable employment references required Excellent personal presentation and customer interaction skills Flexible availability (including weekends) Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team Disqualification Criteria (DO NOT APPLY if any apply): No prior waiter/waitress or cashier experience Lack of verifiable employment references Limited schedule availability We Offer: Base salary + tips Continuous training Positive work environment Growth opportunities IMPORTANT: Only candidates who fully meet the required experience will be contacted.
