We collaborate with leading Mexican glass manufacturers, delivering quality and precision in every process. **Job Objective** Perform **surface grinding operations** on metallic components and molds to ensure required **finishes, flatness, and tolerances** for mold manufacturing in the glass industry. **Responsibilities** * Operate **surface grinders** (manual and/or automatic). * Grind plates, components, and mold parts. * Mount and secure workpieces on a **magnetic chuck table**. * Adjust feed rates, depths of cut, and grinding parameters. * Conduct dimensional verification using measuring instruments. * Basic interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Compliance with **industrial safety and quality standards**. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a **grinder**. * Knowledge of **surface grinding of metal parts**. * Proficiency in using **calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators**. * Experience in metalworking industrial environments. * Attention to detail and focus on precision. * Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety. **We Offer** * Monthly base salary of MXN 15,000 (USD 500 daily). * Work schedule from Monday to Friday (weekend days off). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Safe industrial working environment. * Career development opportunities based on performance.
