**Job Description** We are seeking a Shopify Expert. We are looking for a strategic and hands\-on individual to join the team of a growing Mexican brand, leading the optimization and evolution of its eCommerce channel. This position is focused on someone who truly masters Shopify, possesses business vision, and can improve the site’s shopping experience, conversion, and digital operations. **Important:** We are not seeking a full-stack profile, but rather a person with strong functional and strategic understanding of Shopify and eCommerce. **Job Objective** Manage, optimize, and scale the Shopify eCommerce operation, ensuring an efficient user experience, continuous improvements in conversion, and proper platform functionality. **What will you do in this role?** Shopify Management and Optimization * Manage and optimize the Shopify store. * Manage products, collections, promotions, and apps. * Monitor general platform maintenance. * Identify opportunities to improve navigation and shopping experience. Strategy and User Experience * Propose UX/UI and conversion-focused improvements. * Optimize the customer experience within the eCommerce site. * Analyze site behavior and commercial results. Integrations and Automation * Monitor integrations with CRM, marketplaces, and external platforms. * Coordinate automations and tools such as Klaviyo, ManyChat, or similar. * Support process and integration improvements. Analysis and Monitoring * Monitor key eCommerce metrics: traffic, sales, and conversions. * Coordinate monitoring with marketing and digital operations teams. * Identify opportunities for continuous optimization. Requirements: Experience * Minimum 3 years in eCommerce or online store management. * Solid experience working with Shopify. * Knowledge of themes, apps, and platform structure. * Experience in conversion optimization and shopping experience enhancement.
