INTEGRATED SERVICES PRO – BLM DE MÉXICO We are seeking to hire you for the position of **INTERNAL SECURITY MANAGER** **(in charge of the security department and personnel in a VALUE TRANSPORTATION company)** Your main objective: To be responsible for the security personnel, ensuring that all related activities are carried out properly and comply with established guidelines to guarantee the safety of facilities, employees, and active assets. Maintain accurate records and reports of your own activities as well as those of your subordinates; provide appropriate support to operational and legal departments regarding security matters to ensure proper functioning and follow-up. Monitor surveillance cameras to promptly report operational anomalies, as well as verify recordings in cases of financial discrepancies in the vault. Cover the guard booth duty when staff is absent (2–4 personnel under your supervision), on vacation, or required elsewhere, performing physical and belongings inspections respectfully and appropriately.
