Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst with experience in process elicitation, documentation, modeling, and optimization for a space-themed amusement park. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a PROCESS ANALYST. REQUIREMENTS 1–4 years of experience as a Process Analyst, including process elicitation and documentation, use of modeling tools, identification of bottlenecks and duplicate activities to optimize time and resources, proven experience in process modeling (as-is/to-be), ERP and system handling, information analysis, and process understanding. Definition of roles (RACI matrix), inputs, outputs, timelines, and resources. Knowledge of and ability to create KPIs and risk assessments. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio proficiency SKILLS Knowledge and application of AI Analytical capability Document traceability YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Elicitation and documentation of current processes (as-is): collection of policies, manuals, and records; interviews with stakeholders Process modeling and standardization: definition of roles (RACI matrix), inputs, outputs, timelines, and resources; flowchart design Identification of improvement opportunities: analysis of bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added activities; proposals for optimization or automation Design of future state (to-be): redesign of processes aligned with organizational strategy; operational and technological impact assessment Change management and training: development of procedural manuals and staff training Post-implementation monitoring and evaluation: tracking adoption and performance of improved processes Collaboration with IT, Quality, Audit, and Operations departments: ensuring alignment among processes, systems, and internal controls COMPENSATION Gross monthly base salary: $15,000 — paid biweekly Food vouchers: $1,500 — paid once per month Starting from the 6th completed month, you may request advance vacation days Statutory benefits effective from Day 1 100% formal employment contract Park admission tickets and discounts Savings fund Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily lunch break and a 1-hour early departure on Fridays.
