Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Physician to provide medical care and enforce occupational health regulations for employees, conduct psychophysical evaluations, and support prevention campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide medical care to employees for accidents or illness. 2. Conduct psychophysical evaluations for drivers and medical admission examinations. 3. Collaborate in prevention campaigns and improvement of working conditions. At **ETN Turistar Lujo**, we operate a luxury bus line dedicated to passenger transportation. We also maintain a specialized department for light parcel and courier services with an "on-demand" service available at our offices located along our routes. ETN and Turistar sell bus tickets through our various ticket counters and sales points to destinations including: Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Morelia, San Luis Potosí, León, Aguascalientes, Culiacán, Toluca, among others—covering 80% of the national territory. You only need to meet the following requirements: * **Professional License.** * **Three years of experience in occupational medicine.** * **Gender: Not specified.** * **Proficiency in Psychophysical Examinations:** * **Medical Record Management** * **Service-Oriented Attitude and Preventive Mindset** * **High Sense of Responsibility** ### **OBJECTIVE** Provide medical care to company employees—whether for work-related accidents or illness consultations—based on general medical procedures and knowledge, in order to determine appropriate treatment or refer them to the suitable healthcare institution, while simultaneously enforcing applicable labor, environmental, and internal Group policies. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Promote employee health across the Group by implementing preventive campaigns. * Conduct psychophysical evaluations for drivers prior to departure and verify their optimal health status through vital sign measurements, breathalyzer tests, and other assessments that determine driver fitness. * Perform medical admission and internal examinations to assess employee suitability for specific positions. * Maintain up-to-date employee medical records aligned with position-specific medical profiles, in accordance with internal policies and procedures. * Collaborate with the Safety and Hygiene Department to improve working conditions. * Provide advisory sessions or talks to employees regarding occupational hazards and chronic-degenerative diseases to establish preventive health measures. ### **WE OFFER** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * IMSS and Infonavit coverage. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Paid vacation and vacation premium. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Additional paid days off. * Complimentary travel benefits. * Medical, psychological, and nutritional care via application. **Work Schedule:** 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Sunday (day off: Saturday). **Are you interested in this position?** If you meet the stated requirements, you may apply through this channel or visit our facilities located at: **Salvador Hinojosa St. #4, Central Nueva Colony, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco.
