Job Summary: Support recruitment, selection, administrative management, and personnel services, including onboarding of new hires and document control. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply administrative and communication knowledge Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Selection: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct initial interviews, and administer psychometric tests. • Administrative Management: Assist in file compilation, document control, attendance tracking, and database updates. • New Employee Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding logistics and preparation of instructional materials. • Personnel Services: Distribute internal announcements and provide departmental assistance. Requirements: • Undergraduate students in their final semesters. • Excellent personal presentation. • Intermediate Excel skills, strong spelling, organizational ability, and verbal fluency. • Strong communication skills, resilience, and problem-solving ability. • Availability to work Wednesdays through Sundays, 10:00–16:00, with a 30-minute break (28 hours per week); schedule flexibility possible based on performance. • Work location: Office from Wednesday to Friday; remote work on Saturday and Sunday.
