Main responsibilities: - Customer service and reception - Receiving and inspecting sneakers, caps, and helmets - Taking photographs as evidence of item condition - Preparing service and delivery notes - Managing and monitoring social media accounts - Actively prospecting customers in the area near the business - Cleaning, organizing, and arranging the premises - Washing accessories following established procedures - Proper packaging for final delivery.
