Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized professional for the payroll department, ensuring the accurate calculation and payment of salaries, benefits, and tax and labor obligations. Responsibility and confidentiality in the payroll area. **We seek a responsible, organized, and highly confidential professional to work in the payroll area, ensuring the accurate calculation and payment of salaries, benefits, and tax and labor obligations in accordance with current regulations.** **What are we looking for in you?** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in Payroll. * Experience using Aspel NOI. * Knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Experience managing SUA-IDSE and SAT platforms. **What will you do?** * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculations. * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). * Submission of affiliation movements and SUA management for IMSS and INFONAVIT severance payments. * Preparation of termination settlements (finiquitos) and severance calculations (liquidaciones). * Development of internal payroll controls for administrative reporting. * Monitoring of employment contracts and salary modifications. * Payroll reconciliation with accounting records. * Control and safekeeping of employment files. **Where will you work?** * *Avenida las nubes, Ampliación Vista Hermosa, Tlalnepantla* **What do we offer?** * Office hours * Monday to Friday (rarely required on Saturdays) * Monthly base salary: $13,000–$16,000 depending on experience * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * On-site dining area * Job stability **Interested candidates please apply through this channel with an updated CV and a valid phone number where we can contact you.
