PROMARCAS GROUP, a leader in the marketing of footwear, apparel, and accessories from prestigious brands, is looking to add a KAM to its team. **Senior KAM for Department Stores** **Profile:** Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior KAM in department stores (preferably SPORTS FOOTWEAR, BACKPACKS, and ACCESSORIES); knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and personnel management; close collaboration with all organizational departments. **Responsibilities:** Implement strategies to increase business profitability Expand and retain the customer portfolio Follow up on orders, post-sales service, manage returns and warranties Identify training and development needs Coordinate and manage the company's key accounts Generate new business opportunities Provide customer service for assigned accounts Market Analysis: Research trends and competitors, adapting sales strategies KPI Management Prepare periodic sales reports Identify customers' needs for new products **Required Skills:** Excellent service attitude Professional appearance Goal-oriented work ethic Outstanding communication skills Proficiency in Excel and technological tools **We Offer:** Base salary + PSL, discounts on our brands Work schedule: Monday–Friday, POLANCO AREA Salary: $22,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
