We seek a professional who not only masters accounting techniques but also adds value to high-impact financial decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree certificate and professional license) **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in managerial positions within the accounting\-finance area * Proven experience in companies engaged in importation and commercialization operations * In-depth knowledge of current Mexican tax regulations * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Aspel or similar) * Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data analysis) * Experience with SAT platforms and electronic accounting tools **STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** **Accounting and Financial Management:** * Supervise and execute monthly and annual accounting closings with precision * Prepare financial statements and profitability analyses for senior management * Implement internal controls and accounting policies aligned with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) **Tax Management and Regulatory Compliance:** * Calculate, determine, and optimize federal taxes: Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS) * Manage employer obligations: Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Savings Fund for Workers (SAR), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) * Coordinate filing of declarations: annual, informative, ISSIF, transfer pricing, DIOT * Ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations and customs requirements **Operations and Control:** * Lead inventory valuation, control, and audit processes * Supervise payroll calculation and ensure REPSE compliance * Coordinate external audits (financial, tax, and operational) **Organizational Leadership:** * Lead, train, and develop the accounting department team * Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the department * Collaborate with other departments on strategic projects **COMPETENCY PROFILE** **Managerial Skills:** * Transformational leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams * Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making * Effective executive communication with internal and external stakeholders * Ability to negotiate with tax authorities and auditors **Personal Attributes:** * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Professional ethics and confidentiality * Proactivity and ability to resolve complex problems * Adaptability to dynamic environments **OUR VALUE PROPOSITION** **Competitive Compensation:** * Gross monthly salary: **$40,000 \- $50,000** (based on experience and competencies) * Annual Bonus * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Direct employment arrangement **Additional Benefits:** * Job stability at an established company with over 35 years in the market * Professional work environment and development opportunities * Participation in high-impact strategic projects **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 \- 18:00 hrs * **Location:** Cuauhtémoc neighborhood, Mexico City **SELECTION PROCESS** If you meet the profile and seek a professional challenge within a solid food industry organization, **apply now**. **Submit your updated CV through this channel.** Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
