




A service company is seeking a **commercial–operational** profile with experience in **leading recruitment teams, providing close field follow-up, and delivering direct client service**, ensuring goal achievement. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines (preferred).
