At Tricon, you’ll join a global organization where scale meets agility—and where your ideas, sense of belonging, and ambition can help shape the future of international trade. **We are currently seeking the following position:** Inventory Leader **Position Objective** Ensure the proper administration, control, and reliability of company inventories, safeguarding ERP system data integrity through oversight of material receipt processes, sales order recording, production order generation, and invoice issuance. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee proper inventory administration and control. * Ensure accuracy of inventory records in the ERP system. * Coordinate capture and recording of sales orders. * Supervise production order generation. * Coordinate billing processes and delivery of invoices to customers via digital portals. * Validate material receipt entries resulting from purchases. * Ensure all inventory movements are recorded. * Coordinate cyclic counts and inventory audits. * Analyze inventory variances and develop corrective action plans. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams. * Ensure customer orders are processed correctly. * Supervise administrative inventory and order processes. * Implement internal controls to prevent errors. * Generate inventory, order, and billing reports. * Analyze inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking. * Supervise correct product coding. * Manage incidents related to orders or inventory. * Improve control desk processes. * Train staff on ERP system usage. * Maintain full inventory traceability. **Requirements:** * 5–8 years of experience in inventory control or control desk operations. * Fluent English required. * Experience in industrial or distribution companies. * Experience using an ERP system. * Experience supervising orders, production, and billing. * Experience leading teams. **Desired Education Level:** Master’s Degree **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial Level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Perseverance * Adaptability to change * Leadership *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fca2285a000088000f2ad5\&source\=indeed*
