




**Vacancy: Human Resources Manager (Payroll and Labor Relations)** **Company:** Prez Services Provider We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with solid experience in **payroll and labor relations**, to lead human capital processes and ensure the company’s legal and administrative compliance. **Requirements** * Experience in recruitment, payroll, and labor relations. * Knowledge of **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), SAP, NOI**. * Proficiency in administering **psychometric tests**, and compliance with **Official Mexican Standards NOM-030 and NOM-035**. * Leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (interviews and psychometric assessments). * Hiring, onboarding, and personnel administration. * Preparation and management of **payroll in NOI** for **5 companies and 9 employer registration numbers**. * Calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, taxes, food vouchers, and severance payments. * Management of labor relations: vacations, attendance, and compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Implementation of **occupational safety and hygiene** (NOM-030 and NOM-035, civil protection, uniforms). * Organizational development: corporate culture, training, and staff motivation. **We Offer** **Salary:** $19,000 MXN gross monthly Attendance and punctuality bonuses Food vouchers Savings fund 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Statutory benefits Initial 3-month contract, followed by an **indefinite-term contract** Position type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
