Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to review, classify, and record expenditures, ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing accounting reports. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Accounting Analyst: Responsibilities: * Listing transfers in bank transactions. * Reviewing and analyzing invoices, receipts, and other documents supporting the * company's expenditures. * Verifying the accuracy and validity of charges and expenditures. * Reviewing petty cash vouchers and travel expense reimbursements. * Creating files for monthly accounting integrations. * Classifying expenditures into categories such as travel expenses, operating expenses, * etc. * Downloading metadata, XML, and information from SAT. * Creating base files for recording expenditures in the accounting system. * Maintaining a detailed record of expenditures for future reference. * Preparing detailed and summary reports of the company's expenditures. * Ensuring expenditures comply with applicable laws and regulations. * Reviewing and recording professional fees and payroll. * Reviewing tax withholdings and taxes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience: 6 months in a similar position. Skills and Competencies: * Intermediate Excel. * Database management. * Use and operation of SAT modules. * Aspel, NOI\-COI. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Effective written and oral communication. * Analytical and structured thinking. * Numerical aptitude. * Organization. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work Location: Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez Borough, Mexico City. Position Type: Full-time. Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $12,001\.00 per month.
