At Grupo Andrade Corporate Office, we are looking for talent to join us as: **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** ### **Responsibilities:** Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational positions. Post job openings and screen resumes. Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews. Administer psychometric assessments and follow up on socioeconomic studies. Request documentation from selected candidates for the hiring process. Provide support and follow-up to candidates and internal clients. Prepare recruitment tracking reports and metrics. ### **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Knowledge of competency-based interviews and the STAR methodology. Excellent communication skills, results orientation, and service focus. ### **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary of $13,000 MXN. Statutory benefits.
