




Job Summary: We are seeking a Feeder with experience in graphic arts for label printing with UV varnish, responsible for ensuring continuity and quality in production. Key Highlights: 1. EIR (Editorial de Impresos y Revistas) originated from the opportunity to print magazines for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, later expanding into the label printing sector, now with 39 years of history. To sustain and strengthen our processes, we are currently seeking: FEEDER - GRAPHIC ARTS LABELS (UV VARNISH) REQUIREMENTS: - At the start of each shift, verify a checklist for the assigned machine before commencing operations to ensure no disruptions occur during printing. - Document the condition of the machine at the start of your shift and immediately inform the press operator to perform necessary adjustments prior to starting operations. - Adjust the feeder according to the format to be printed. - Request instructions from the press operator regarding the product to be printed; retrieve paper from inventory per the work order and prepare the corresponding stack. - Periodically verify that the side guide is functioning properly and that there is no deviation in the adjustment guide. a) Ink conditioning, per press operator instructions b) Continuously feed paper into the feeder while maintaining full control over paper handling c) Clean blankets. d) Clean the print head and adjust it; clean vacuum pull rollers and lubricate; adjust the side guide. - Supply and prepare the machine with required consumables before and during the print run to ensure print quality. - Immediately report any feeder malfunctions to the assigned press operator. - Strictly comply with company regulations, general policies, and signage; ensure your team likewise complies. - Actively participate in and strictly adhere to all aspects related to the Quality Management System. - Participate in training new hires to support continuous improvement.
