We’re looking for you to join our team at Hir Casa! **FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST** Work Location: San Ángel, CDMX Work Arrangement: Hybrid. **Position Objective:** Contribute to generating competitive advantage through resource optimization and profitability, leveraging strategic analysis and the development of accurate forecasts. Strengthen budgetary control and the generation of key reports to facilitate decision-making aligned with organizational goals, and drive the adoption of financial technologies that enhance operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and optimize the allocation of financial resources to maximize return on investment (ROI). * Conduct financial analyses to identify and implement strategies that increase profit margins, reduce unnecessary costs, and optimize operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain financial models for short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting. * Support strategic planning with precise, data-driven insights backed by analysis of each variable in the business model. * Implement and oversee rigorous budgetary control. * Prepare and present detailed financial reports to provide clear visibility into company performance and support strategic decision-making. * Participate in the implementation of advanced technological tools (ERP) to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Experience in resource optimization, financial forecasting, and budgetary control. * Experience preparing executive-level financial reports. * Knowledge of and proficiency with databases (SQL). * Advanced Excel skills. * Executive presentation design. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits (medical insurance, profit-sharing, vacation, year-end bonus) * Life insurance * Food allowance * Savings fund contribution of 13% * Major medical expense insurance covering 50% * Medical services membership * Discounts and benefits with affiliated companies If you meet the requirements and wish to join a leading company in the real estate sector, we want to meet you!
