Position: Field Security Manager - Álvaro Obregón Branch (Work area is in the neighborhoods of Álvaro Obregón, Cuajimalpa, Huixquilucan, Tlalpan, and Magdalena Contreras) Are you passionate about security, risk prevention, and asset protection? Do you possess leadership skills, fraud investigation capabilities, and the ability to promote a safe environment? This opportunity is for you! What will be your mission? As a Fraud Detection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing risks related to health, personal safety, and fraud prevention at our branches located in Tlalpan, Magdalena Contreras, Álvaro Obregón, and surrounding areas. You will ensure compliance with policies and processes to protect our team and assets. Your daily challenges will include: • Supervising the control environment to identify deviations and ensure compliance with credit origination processes conducted directly at the customer’s residence. • Conducting field and branch security visits. • Training and raising awareness among agents and staff regarding fraud and security. • Investigating incidents, frauds, and accidents to minimize risks. • Performing cash audits and ensuring proper handling of resources. • Recording and reporting findings via our specialized portal. • Implementing the occupational health and safety plan.
