




Purpose Provide support in the recording, control, and analysis of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of financial information, regulatory compliance, and support to the accounting department for decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Accounting records: Record and verify accounting entries in the system, ensuring accuracy and correct classification. * Policy management: Prepare, file, and print accounting vouchers and bank transfers. * Reconciliations and verifications: Support account reconciliations and expense verifications according to internal policies. * Document control: Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files related to accounting. * Support for accounting closings: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. * Regulatory compliance: Ensure documentation and records comply with current tax and accounting regulations. * Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and other teams to ensure accurate accounting information. **Key Competencies** * Planning and organization: Plans daily tasks, prioritizes activities, and follows up promptly. * Results-oriented: Meets assigned objectives with order and attention to detail. * Adaptability: Takes on new responsibilities with a willingness to learn. * Teamwork: Actively collaborates with the accounting team. * Responsibility and proactivity: Seeks solutions and support when questions arise. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (Professional License) * Experience: 1\-2 years in accounting roles (preferably in construction companies). * Technical knowledge: General accounting principles, handling of vouchers, reconciliations, verifications, accounting systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP), intermediate Excel skills. * Skills: Attention to detail, organization, discipline, basic analytical ability. * Reports to Junior Accountant **Success Indicators** * Accuracy in accounting records. * Timely completion of accounting closing deadlines. * Organized document management (digital and physical). * Reduction of errors in verifications and vouchers.
