




**What are we looking for?** An enthusiastic and proactive **Call Center Advisor (Tourism)** to join our team. You will be responsible for filtering and routing calls to the appropriate departments, delivering exceptional service to our customers, suppliers, and agencies. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** * Provide appropriate service to customers, suppliers, and agencies contacting us. * Follow-up and response to customer requests and needs. * Action plans for conflict resolution. **What do you need to join us?** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field (completed). * Knowledge: Tourism Geography, Aeronautical Alphabet. * Customer service experience: 6 months (preferred). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, time management, and teamwork abilities. * Availability to work during the specified schedule. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of $10,000 net per month (100% payroll). * Monthly bonus (starting from the 6th month). * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training for your professional development. * Opportunities for internal career growth. * A dynamic and pleasant work environment. * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
