Your Mission Ensure the customer service team meets quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction standards while cultivating a culture of service, learning, and motivation within the Contact Center. Your Responsibilities • Supervise team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and goals. • Monitor interactions (calls, messages, tickets) and provide consistent feedback. • Coordinate reinforcement activities and motivational initiatives. • Identify areas for improvement and propose continuous improvement plans. • Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-oriented work environment. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. • 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor in a Contact Center. • Experience leading customer service teams. • Knowledge of operational metrics and performance analysis. • Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred). • Skills in coaching, leadership, and conflict resolution.
