(**minimum junior high school**) \- Proof of address. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Supervise and monitor security guards and shift supervisors assigned to services. * Verify compliance with instructions, patrol routes, logbooks, checklists, and access controls. * Ensure shift coverage: attendance control, punctuality, and shift handover. * Implement corrective measures and improvement plans to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and complaints. * Coordinate with operational client: service delivery, reporting, and follow-up on requests. * Ensure adherence to internal protocols, corporate image, uniform usage, and equipment standards.
