Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Advisor to contact customers, register work orders, and keep customers informed, following departmental processes and policies. Key Highlights: 1. Adherence to processes and willingness to travel. **ZAPATA ///** **Company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by “Great Place to Work”.** **NISSAN ZONA ESMERALDA** **Hiring:** **SERVICE ADVISOR.** **Purpose:** Customer contact and work order registration across various portals to keep customers informed, in accordance with departmental processes and policies. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 23 years old. * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Location:** NISSAN ZONA ESMERALDA * **Experience:** In the service area. * **Specific knowledge:** Service advisor. * **Driver’s license:** Valid, mandatory. * **Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Skills / Competencies:** * Customer service; conflict resolution * Vehicle operation. * Technical reporting (basic) * SAP proficiency * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Process adherence and follow-up. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedules and registers appointments in the system (brand portal and SAP). * Receives vehicles arriving for service, including vehicle parking and completion of vehicle reception forms. * Registers vehicles into the system and assigns parking locations. * Opens work orders in the system and validates active campaigns on vehicles to add services or process warranty claims. * Moves vehicles into the workshop and places them in the waiting yard for technician assignment. * Receives workshop quotations and sends them to customers for authorization; receives customer authorization and notifies the workshop. * Requests parts when applicable, informs customers about expected delivery times and repair duration.
