Participate in continuous process improvement **JOIN OUR WORK TEAM.** **We are seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT.** **Job Objective:** Support the implementation, monitoring, and verification of quality control processes, ensuring that products, services, and procedures comply with company-established standards, current regulations, and customer requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. * Record, analyze, and report quality control results. * Support the identification, documentation, and follow-up of nonconformities. * Verify compliance with quality procedures, policies, and standards. * Collaborate in internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date records, forms, and reports of the quality management system. * Support staff training and awareness on quality-related topics. * Participate in continuous improvement of production and administrative processes. * Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of measurement equipment and control instruments. * Promptly report deviations detected in processes or products. **WE OFFER:** * **Base Salary of $9,500\.00 per month** * **Job stability** * **Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday; weekends off (occasionally support may be required on weekends depending on workload)** **Requirements:** * 6 months of experience in quality area * Knowledge of warehouse processes * Knowledge of screen printing processes (not required) * Completed high school education * Analytical skills Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,582\.00 per month Application question(s): * Where do you reside? * How much experience do you have in quality-related matters?
