We are looking for a **Telephone Collections Agent** to join our team; your role will be critical in locating and contacting debtors, offering various negotiation alternatives for portfolio recovery. We work with campaigns targeting retirees and pensioners. **Details:** Schedule: **Early Delinquency** Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Location: Near Metro Eje Central on Line 12 **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience, preferably in collections. * Flexible availability for shifts * Valid documentation * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactive attitude * Good negotiation skills and active listening ability **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 * Uncapped commissions * Meal vouchers (7%) * Vacation bonus * Thirteenth-month bonus (15 days) * Paid vacation
