A leading company in the Financial Sector is seeking: **COLLECTION EXECUTIVE** REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center as a Telephone Collection Executive for payroll or personal loan products Minimum education: High School Diploma or incomplete Bachelor’s degree Your main responsibilities will include: \* Recovery of overdue financial portfolios (60 and 90 DAYS PAST DUE) \*\* Payroll Loans \*\* * Addressing debtor inquiries and complaints * Follow-ups and proactive efforts to achieve targets Skills * Efficient contact with debtors to secure payment commitments * Strong negotiation skills with clients to expedite portfolio recovery * Excellent verbal communication skills We offer Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
