We are looking for a Mechanical Technician** **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field * Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (preferred) * Knowledge of basic diagnostics, use of tools, and workshop procedures * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and adherence to processes * Flexible availability for work hours **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services * Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical faults * Carry out repairs according to manufacturer standards * Report anomalies and document completed work * Ensure proper use of workshop tools and equipment * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area * Support additional tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail * Technical thinking * Ability to work under pressure * Organizational skills * Responsibility and honesty * Effective communication **Compensation** * Gross monthly salary: **$9,900** * Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months: **$7,000** * After this period: commission-based pay + base salary * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. At AUTOCOM, we value diversity and inclusion.
