




Job Summary: Reception coordinator responsible for customer service, schedule management, access control, and administrative support, serving as the agency's public face. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support **Main Responsibilities:** * **In-person and telephone customer service** * Greet customers courteously. * Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department. * Address basic inquiries regarding services, operating hours, and promotions. * **Appointment and schedule management** * Schedule maintenance, repairs, and test drives. * Confirm appointments and follow up on changes or cancellations. * **Access registration and control** * Record entries and exits of customers, suppliers, and employees. * Manage identification badges or access passes. * **Administrative support** * Handle correspondence and parcel deliveries. * Prepare daily visitor reports. * Assist with invoicing or payment reception as required. * **Brand image and representation (ONLY RESUMES WITH PHOTOGRAPH WILL BE CONSIDERED)** * Serve as the agency’s first impression, conveying professionalism. * Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. **We Offer:** * Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus, and vacation premium * Biweekly salary: MXN 10,000 gross * Sunday off
