Development and execution of operational plans **Due to growth, Tri Tec México, a prominent engineering company, is seeking:** **"Engineering Project Leader"** **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field. * Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in sales, execution, administration, supervision, and follow-up of engineering projects: Industrial maintenance, electromechanical projects, civil projects, etc. * Training in sales and negotiation **Responsibilities:** * Support the operations area (production, maintenance, and projects) to ensure service re\-purchase and achieve sales targets * Analysis of material and labor costs * Scheduling visits to potential clients, prospecting, follow-ups, and timely submission of quotations * Develop and present a comprehensive operational plan and weekly tracking plan, specifying tasks, responsible parties, and installation dates * Execute, control, and supervise assigned projects on time and as scheduled * Report project progress against the operational plan, ensuring documentation of any changes that may occur * Prepare customer satisfaction surveys in accordance with current procedures **Skills:** * Adaptability * Compliance with standards * Communication * Initiative * Leadership * Results orientation * Conflict resolution and negotiation * Decision-making * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Company-provided benefits * Competitive salary **NOTE: ALL recruitment and selection processes are FREE OF CHARGE for all applicants.** **At Tri Tec México, we value diversity and inclusion.
