Responsibilities Calculation of regular and extraordinary payroll, year-end bonuses (Aguinaldos), and profit-sharing (PTU) Calculation of severance payments and settlements Payroll stamping (certification) Client support Billing Management of multiple clients, varying payroll frequencies, and payment schemes Reconciliation of payroll vs. IMSS records Determination of the base salary for social security contributions, including variable components Submission and tracking of IMSS transactions: registrations (Altas), cancellations (Bajas), and medical services (MS) Calculation of employer-employee social security contributions and generation of payment lines Management of over 10 employer registries Responding to and clarifying requests from the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) Calculation of risk-grade premium determination Completion of ST-7 form Required Skills Knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans Generation of payroll, stamped payroll, and billing reports Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (ISR) Knowledge of billing systems (Contpaqi preferred) Knowledge of employer-employee contribution calculations and state tax payments (ISN) Proficiency with SUA-IDSE-desktop remote access and INFONAVIT portal Processing of IMSS and INFONAVIT procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel skills Experience and Education 3 years of experience in payroll-IMSS 1 year of industry-specific experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (LAE) Personal Skills and Qualities Teamwork Honesty Openness to change **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree – completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Human Resources *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6944406d520000450069c766&source=indeed*
