Present in over 155 countries, KPMG employs more than 155,000 professionals worldwide; in Mexico, we operate offices across 17 states with over 3,500 employees. **We are seeking an Organizational Development Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor talent assessment processes (360°, potential assessments, assessments), ensuring their proper implementation. * Analyze assessment results and prepare executive talent reports. * Follow up on development plans, as well as individual and group sessions. * Administer and monitor usage of Talent and Training platforms. * Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, results, and initiatives. * Manage the department’s budget and oversee domestic and international vendors and payments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field in Psychology. * Knowledge of talent development methodologies and assessment tools (e.g., 360°) is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication, information analysis, and attention to detail. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **We Offer:** An opportunity to join a globally recognized international firm, with continuous training programs within a high-level human and professional environment—enabling you to build an outstanding professional career and receive competitive compensation aligned with your skills and experience. **IMPORTANT NOTICE** KPMG is an inclusive firm that values diversity and does not tolerate any form of discrimination.
