We set the course for technological change and are a highly capable, experienced partner for the automotive industry. **Job Description** * Maintain the proper functioning of all building support equipment, including dust collectors, exhaust fans, heaters, package units, lighting, pumping systems, painting systems, restrooms, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, air compressors, and air washers. * Knowledge and experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical installations, refrigeration and HVAC equipment, plumbing, construction activities, and sheet metal work. * Maintain building equipment in optimal working and operational condition. * Keep preventive maintenance schedules up to date for all assigned equipment. * Perform duties under all necessary safety conditions to ensure proper job performance and personal and others’ safety. * Report and escalate any anomalies detected in equipment and/or areas. * Always demonstrate respect, honesty, and integrity toward others and toward company facilities. * Support and promote company initiatives: production systems, CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), corporate goals and objectives, and teamwork. * Support the company in achieving quality management system and environmental management system objectives. * Actively participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 45001 processes and programs. * Consistently maintain 5S discipline in departmental and workplace areas. **Requirements** Education: Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in building maintenance (refrigeration equipment, HVAC, electrical systems). * Teamwork skills. **Additional Information** **Learn more about how we work at Bosch and explore new openings on our social media channels:** * Facebook: Bosch Talento México * Instagram: Bosch Campus México * LinkedIn: Bosch México * TikTok: Bosch Talento México
