Maintenance Assistant **Education:** Minimum completed junior high school. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in general building maintenance (electricity, painting, plumbing, finishing, etc.). **Competencies:** Commitment, sense of urgency, customer service, collaboration, communication, agility, and flexibility.
