Experience in competency-based interviews An automotive tire and vehicle service company is looking for your talent as: Junior Recruiter Responsibilities: Ensure efficient coverage of operational, administrative, and specialized vacancies by implementing recruitment strategies that guarantee quality, optimal timelines, and continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Age: 28 to 40 * Immediate availability * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field * 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment * Experience in recruitment * Proficiency in job boards, social media, and on-site talent attraction * Experience in competency-based interviews We offer: 30 days of year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) Savings Fund Attendance and punctuality bonus Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
