




A Mexican company with over 19 years in the market, specializing in Maintenance, Pest Control, and Cleaning services Seeks: **IMSS Coordinator** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. ***Incomplete degrees will not be accepted.*** **Experience:** * 3–5 years of verifiable experience in Social Security and Payroll. * In-depth knowledge of IMSS registrations and cancellations, SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and REPSE. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and administration of the IDSE portal, IMSS Virtual Desktop, SIPARE, and the INFONAVIT and FONACOT corporate portals. * Calculation and determination of the Unified Self-Determination System (SUA). * Accurate calculation of the Integrated Daily Wage (SDI) / Contribution Base Salary (SBC). * Execution of all types of procedures: registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT; disability claims and work-related risk cases. * Preparation and submission of quarterly REPSE informative reports: ICSOE and SISUB. * Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all employer-employee obligations. * Application of INFONAVIT and FONACOT credit withholding factors. * Experience and proficiency in audits conducted by IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Calculation and submission of risk premium in accordance with legal requirements. * Monitoring and implementation of changes in social security legal provisions. * Tax and social security regulations: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law, Federal Tax Code. * Execution of monthly reconciliations between Payroll and IMSS databases for companies with over 1,000 employees. **Requirements:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. · Advanced Excel proficiency. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Solid experience handling procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Proficiency in using the **IMSS Virtual Desktop**. * Submission of ICSOE and SISUB informative reports. * Reconciliations. **Skills:** * Excellent proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **advanced-level Excel** (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions). * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan agreements. * Company-provided telephone. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Salary: $17,000 net monthly. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (remote work) ***Interested candidates who fully meet the above profile are requested to submit an updated CV via this channel; we will contact you shortly.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,500.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company telephone
