




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Coordinator expert in administrative personnel management and labor regulations to ensure compliance with employer obligations and proper operational management. In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and social security **HR Coordinator (Personnel Administration and Labor Relations)** **Are you an expert in administrative personnel management and labor regulations?** We are looking for an HR Coordinator focused on ensuring compliance with employer obligations and the correct operational management of our workforce. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly salary:** $18,700 gross. * **Biweekly payments** * **Food vouchers:** $1,300 monthly starting from the 3rd month * Subsidized cafeteria service * Statutory benefits and discounts with brands. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management and control of **INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans**. * Administration of **medical leaves** with IMSS and monitoring of work-related risks. * Execution of **employee terminations and contract rescissions**, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. * Incident tracking and administration of digital personnel files. * Management of the **Buk platform** for comprehensive HR administration. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in personnel administration and labor relations. * *Proficiency in Buk or similar systems (Factorial, Worky, Runa, SAP or ERP payroll modules)*. * Experience managing headcount of \+500 * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and INFONAVIT regulations. * Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. **Location:** Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Do you meet the profile?
