




Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support to employees by administering personnel and ensuring policy compliance, thereby delivering a positive experience aligned with the organization’s culture and objectives. Personnel administration and hiring/termination processes **Position Objective** Provide comprehensive support to employees through personnel administration, ensuring compliance with policies, administrative procedures, and a positive employee experience aligned with the organization’s culture and objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute hiring, contract renewal, and termination processes. * Compile, update, and safeguard physical and digital personnel files. * Manage payroll incidents (vacations, leaves of absence, absences, medical leaves). * Prepare monthly reports on new hires and terminations. * Control access, ID badges, and internal benefits. * Administer attendance tracking (time clock system). * Prepare and issue employment letters and administrative documents. * Draft and follow up on administrative minutes. * Ensure proper implementation of internal policies and labor regulations. * Execute administrative termination procedures. * Coordinate document signing, debt settlement, and exit interviews. * Follow up on final settlements and internal notifications. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Personnel Administration or Human Resources.
