Join us and become part of our great Wellness family! **GENERAL MANAGER – SPORTS CLUB** **SPORTS WORLD ANZURES** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Business Administration, Hotel Administration, or related field. **(Graduated or minimum internship status)** **Knowledge:** Administrative, financial, human resources management, and basic knowledge of the fitness industry. **Skills:** Personnel management, active listening, empathy, assertive communication, attention to detail, sense of urgency, organization, structure, problem-solving, data analysis, strategic thinking, drive, hospitality, interpersonal relationship building, and teamwork. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years managing teams of 50 people, business unit management and administration, budget management, and personalized customer service. **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper execution of the business unit’s EBITDA budget, manage operational expenses, as well as sales and budget tracking. Administer human and material resources to operate efficiently. Guarantee implementation of profitable sports programs. Ensure sports area services are delivered according to established quality standards. Ensure compliance of business unit operations with organizational standards and guidelines. Promptly follow up on user suggestions, complaints, or compliments, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and safety.
