Credit Supervisor – Fleet Daimler Truck Financial Services México Role Objective Lead and optimize credit management for the Fleet portfolio (clients with exposures exceeding USD 1M), ensuring agile, structured, and policy\-aligned decisions to maintain a healthy portfolio and support business growth.### **Key Responsibilities** * **Leadership and Team Management** Coordinate and manage the workload of the credit analyst team, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to response timelines, and high quality standards. * **Credit Decision Making** Supervise and validate credit decisions in accordance with internal policies, ensuring sound financial structures that minimize risk to the company. * **Portfolio Management and Monitoring** Continuously analyze the fleet client portfolio to identify potential risks and define timely mitigation strategies. * **Business Relationship Management** Act as a strategic partner to the commercial area and distributors, providing agile support through client visits, participation in trade fairs, and accompaniment during key negotiations. * **Governance and Committees** Prepare, substantiate, and present transactions before credit committees (local and RCRC), facilitating informed decision\-making. * **Continuous Improvement and Projects** Actively participate in strategic initiatives and projects that strengthen credit area processes and tools. * **Talent Development** Train, develop, and enhance the technical and analytical competencies of the team, promoting a high\-performance culture. ### **Candidate Profile** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. **Languages** * Advanced English (bilingual). **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in financing companies or the financial sector. * Proven experience leading work teams. **Technical Knowledge** * Analysis and interpretation of financial statements. * Quantitative and qualitative assessment of credit risk. * Credit structuring and risk\-based decision making. * Knowledge of demographic variables applied to credit. ### **Key Competencies** * **Customer Focus:** Orientation toward internal and external customers, ensuring agile and effective solutions. * **Collaboration \& Teamwork:** Ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and manage conflicts constructively. * **Conflict Management:** Negotiation ability and effective resolution of complex situations. * **Gets Results:** Execution focus, goal achievement, and continuous improvement. * **Integrity:** Ethical decision\-making aligned with policies. ### **Value Proposition** You will be a key player in high\-impact strategic credit decisions, collaborating directly with commercial areas and executive committees within a global organization focused on development and operational excellence.
