A construction-sector company is seeking a **Commercial Development and Bidding Executive**, responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and supporting participation in bidding processes to drive the company’s commercial growth. We are looking for a results-oriented individual with strong commercial skills and the ability to develop new opportunities within the construction sector. Key responsibilities * Prospect and generate new commercial opportunities for construction projects. * Identify potential clients in the private, industrial, commercial, or government sectors. * Detect and follow up on public and private bidding opportunities. * Coordinate the preparation of documentation for tenders and proposals. * Track quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations. * Build relationships with clients, developers, companies, and strategic partners. * Maintain an updated commercial pipeline. * Present periodic activity and results reports. * Coordinate follow-up through to project closure.
