Main Responsibilities Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, networks, and information systems. Diagnose and resolve technological incidents to ensure operational continuity. Administer and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the organization’s computer equipment. Monitor the proper functioning of networks, systems, and technological tools used by the company. Manage inventory of computer equipment, software licenses, and technological resources. Support the implementation of new tools or technological improvements that optimize internal processes. Collaborate in applying information security policies and data protection measures. Document incidents, implemented solutions, and technological processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Availability of time.
