Job Summary: We are seeking a team leader to coordinate and supervise the maintenance of security inspection equipment, ensuring operational continuity and SLA compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements: Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Communications, Telematics, or related fields: degree certificate and professional license are mandatory. Availability to work on a 12x24 schedule. Desirable residence near AICM (Mexico City International Airport). Immediate availability. Minimum 1 year of experience leading field engineering teams. Required Knowledge and Skills: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance services for X-ray inspection equipment, CT scanners, or similar devices. Ensure operational continuity and SLA compliance. Traceability (logs/tickets/reports). Adherence to the Technical Annex and the current contract. Formal coordination with AICM Security Management. Ticketing / Helpdesk tools (KPIs, time monitoring, backlog, monthly reporting): prioritize by criticality and coordinate containment actions to maintain operations. Planning and control of preventive maintenance (schedule, routines, operational windows). Daily reporting; coordinate access, permissions, and logistics; proactively communicate risks and blockers.
