Preferred experience in condominiums, hotels, or private clubs Provide professional and warm service to residents, managing access, control, and proper use of lobby and common area facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and an orderly, high-quality experience Main Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome residents. • Control access. • Record and report incidents. • Maintain an orderly reception area. • Uphold a professional image consistent with the condominium’s standards. • Support proper environmental ambiance of the space.
