A prominent Human Capital services company is seeking a Tax Lawyer Main Responsibilities: • Advising on compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations. • Analyzing and applying current tax legislation, as well as administrative criteria and jurisprudence. • Preparing and reviewing legal opinions, expert reports, and tax strategies. • Representing the company or its clients in proceedings before tax authorities. • Preparing and following up on administrative appeals, nullity lawsuits, and amparo lawsuits related to tax matters. • Responding to audits, reviews, and requests from tax authorities. • Collaborating with accounting and finance departments to ensure correct tax interpretation of business operations. • Monitoring changes in tax legislation and communicating their impact. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license). • Specialization, diploma, or master’s degree in Tax Law. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tax law. • Solid knowledge of the Federal Tax Code, Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and tax procedures. Working Conditions Work Mode: On-site. Schedule: Full-time, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break); occasional flexibility required to attend audits or legal proceedings.
