We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our PMO and support the proper execution of strategic projects. Objective Coordinate and monitor projects from requirements elicitation through to final delivery, ensuring effective communication, alignment with methodologies, and timely delivery. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience preferred. Knowledge of project administration, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and IT processes. Responsibilities Elicit and document requirements from user departments. Track progress and generate reports. Coordinate tasks with involved teams. Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and successful delivery of the final product.
