Responsibilities As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Negotiating with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Ensuring timely supply at construction sites. * Evaluating and selecting strategic suppliers. * Managing budgets and optimizing resources. * Conducting ongoing market research for supplies. * Preparing reports, cost centers, and consolidated summaries. Requirements To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain management. * Budget management and cost control experience. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction sector.
