Main Responsibilities - Analyze and track operational and financial performance indicators. - Monitor project, contract, and client profitability. - Prepare management reports and analysis for senior management, ensuring timely information for decision-making. - Identify budget variances and propose corrective actions. - Prepare forecasts, financial projections, and budgets. - Develop and update management dashboards and performance indicators. - Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial and operational data. - Support the Controller and Finance department in management control processes, audits, and financial planning. Requirements - University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in management control, financial analysis, budgeting, or cost control. - Experience in service companies, outsourcing firms, or organizations with large-scale workforce operations. Knowledge - Basic accounting and cost control. - Budgeting and financial analysis. - Management indicators (operational and financial). - Management control and internal audit. - Knowledge of labor and regulatory frameworks is desirable. - Excel / Microsoft Office: advanced level. - Power BI: intermediate level.
