Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented attitude Maintenance Supervisor (Hotel) A small-sized hotel located in Bosques de las Lomas is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of its facilities. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the hotel. Handle basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.). Supervise the condition of guest rooms and common areas. Follow up on maintenance reports. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in general maintenance (hotels, buildings, or similar). Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. Experience in floor and surface care (marble, polishing, etc.) is desirable. Responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented attitude. We Offer: Monthly salary of $14,000 MXN. Job stability. A pleasant work environment.
